Three ways in
Solo, group, or one-on-one: the architecture underneath is identical. What changes is how much company you want while you cross.
Every version of Threshold runs on the same four phases: The Reckoning, The Fire, The Clearing, The Integration. And the same one rule: tell the truth about whatever happens. Nothing about the work itself changes between the three.
What's different is who's standing there with you while it happens: nobody, a cohort, or one witness who knows your specific story. That's the only real decision here.

How to choose
If you'd rather nobody watch, Do The Quit is yours.
If you want people beside you in the fire, Join The Quit is yours.
If you want one witness who knows the whole story, Walk The Quit is yours.
Still not sure? Start with Do The Quit. It's the lowest-stakes way in, built on the same architecture as the other two. Nothing about it is a lesser version.
Common questions
Not required, no. I do ask you to set an intention to abstain starting Day 1, since that's what actually gives the reset a real chance. But it's your choice what you do with that. The one true requirement, across all three, is honesty about whatever actually happens.
No, I'm not a therapist. I'm trained as a yoga teacher, a sound healing practitioner, and a death doula, work that's less about fixing someone and more about staying present with them without flinching. The real qualification is that I smoked for twenty years and quit five times before it took. I know what it's like to want something that's killing you and fail at stopping, more than once. None of these three are a replacement for medical or mental health care. If you're also working with a therapist or doctor, they're meant to sit alongside that, not instead of it.
There's no wrong door here, just a different amount of company. If you're genuinely torn, the decision list above is built to settle it: it comes down to how much you want to be seen while you do this.
Whichever one you pick, the work underneath is the same: walking into the empty instead of around it. That part doesn't change based on price.
Whenever you're ready, the door's open.—Colleen
